[chirp_users] Increasing scan "hang time" BF-F8HP

Is there a way to increase the amount of time the scan feature stays on a
channel after traffic has stopped? Hard to grab the radio and see what
channel (or frequency) the last traffic was on. This may have been asked
and answered.
