Brian

George Here,

I would be happy to look at it. Forgive me, it has been a few years. I
don't know where you have every thing/ what it is written in. Can you link
me to a windows development site? I have ubunto/aix and some others but I
have to turn them on to see what they are.

I am weak in C, pretty good in VB, others I have to feel my way through.
What is the best way to start and I will dig in to it.

Er, um. ?Did anyone say the software is free? ?I've had no problems with
it.?Heck I was the first guy that used it a "few" years ago when one of
the?developers sent me a version to reset the center frequency on 60
meterson an FT-817ND when the FCC changed it. ?Then the program was
rapidlyreleased so others could do it too.

Hi George,

It looks like this is a somewhat known issue. There are two similar issues
filed in the tracker:

http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/5023
http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/4113

The driver hasn't been touched since IC-7100 support was added, and it
definitely wasn't setup to handle offsets.

Perhaps have a go at fixing it yourself, if you are interested! It should be
a minor change.

If not feeling development inclined, at least file a ticket that describes
your specific symptoms or add to one of the existing ones, and if you can
include some memory dumps with some known offsets in some of the saved
channels, that would likely help.
