A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,

[Michael Wagner <michael.wagner at gmx.at>] [btech] Add support for 16 FM presets for KT-8900R. Part of #4051
Add support for the 16 FM presets.
Tested only on QYT KT-8900R - tests on other devices supported by the btech-driver are welcome.
