Hi Cecil,

According to the Supported Radio Models list on the CHIRP home/wiki
page, you can use CHIRP by selecting Baofeng as the Vendor and BF-F8HP
as the Model.

BF-F8HP
Also includes the BF-A58
Also includes the BF-F9V2+  <-- this is your radio
Also includes the GT-3TP
Also includes the UV-5RTP
Also includes the UV-5R7W

You can also use the Baofeng software for the BF-F8HP.
