I still use mine, too. I keep it set up for part of a balloon tracking system for when I work with HS students on high altitude balloon experiments, which uses APRS. I remove the battery, which makes it fit on the portable setup that I use (2 radios, GPS, mapping software, TNC). Great rig. Always clear, always flawless comms.
