[chirp_users] ATR-22/BF-888 issues

First time posting on this subscription list.
I'm fairly new to radio stuff, just got a handful of ATR-22s off of Amazon
by Amcrest.

I am trying to program them through the CHIRP software but to no avail.
I keep getting an error message of "No response from radio"

Here's the error in the debug.log
