[chirp_users] help: Pofung BF-F9 work with CHIRP or not ?

It is like the BF-F8HP with 3 power levels and requires that the user
choose BF-F8HP for the model.

Also includes the BF-A58
Also includes the BF-F9V2+  <--- this is the radio to be programmed
Also includes the GT-3TP
Also includes the UV-5RTP
