[chirp_users] Baofeng woes

Everything seemed to be great with my first programming attempt.  Now I'm getting the dreaded NO SOUND while someone is transmitting.  I found through a search that I could push the mono button down to hear.  It worked.  So I've obviously got a corrupted image or something.  I'm new to this and it seems I've ruined this BF-F9V2.  Any easy fixes?  Thanks for any advice.
