[chirp_users] Driver

[John Wuest]

Radio Not Responding is usually caused by the cable not being FIRMLY seated
into the radio. Push hard on the connector and make sure it has "snapped"
in. If that doesn't solve it, try squeezing/holding  the connector into the
radio with one hand while the program is trying to read from the radio.
