[chirp_users] Help with Importing

After downloading from BF-F8HP to create image and then move to Import from data source, selecting RepeaterBook
is when everything stops. Little blue circle icon is motionless.. Appears not connecting to RepeaterBook. This is my first experience with 
Chirp.. I downloaded Chirp 12/25/15 version and Latest build 1/10/16 version on two different computers with same
