[chirp_users] Wouxun KG-UV950P?

Hi.

I note that the Wouxun KG-UV950P still isn't on the list, despite it being
out for a while, now; given that the TYT equivalent, the TH-9800 is already
provided for in daily builds, what's the current state of play regarding
CHIRP and the Wouxun KG-UV950P?
