[chirp_users] Chirp and Icom IC-7200

Hi Marco
I wanted to report back to you now that I have had a chance to try the 
chirp update. I am having no trouble with communication whether on Auto 
or 19200. Thank You again for fixing this issue. It make programming 
memories a lot easier.
