[chirp_users] USB LiveBoot ?

Downloaded: chirp-0.4.1.tar.gz
Got v0.4.1 to run.
Tried to overlay the daily (0802) and re-run, but got the same errors as before.

UV-82HP is in the truck, will bring it in and try to reprogram it tomorrow.
