[chirp_users] BaoFeng UV-82C and CHIRP power question

Dan murs ,gmrs,, and FRS, have pretty much became cb channels of the FM
world.
I really don't think anyone is checking the power output levels on these we
use them all the time for hunting mostly murs.
Pretty good idea ,no interference no one cares.
