Craig,

Now we are getting somewhere. It looks to me like CHIRP is working
perfectly. You must not upload an image from another radio into your
radio where the firmware version does not exactly match.

Download from your radio and then immediately upload it back.

If that works, then download from the radio into a tab. The load the
N5R-20 image into a second tab. Copy and past the channels from the
N5R-20 tap to the tab from your radio (N5R-219) and upload to your
radio.
