[chirp_users] importing data files

Thank you for your help in the past. I'm still having trouble loading my
radio. I down loaded from the radio 3 channels to chirp then I exported
that to my spread sheet and copied my data file into the radio's file
and saved it. Then I imported it back into chirp and I get a "No
channels found" error message. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
