[chirp_users] Copying channel assignments.

Hi Al,

Save your UV-5RA settings to a CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file.
Download from your KG-UV2D (or load a previously downloaded image)
With the KG-UV2D tab selected...
1. Click "File"
2. Click "Import"
3. Click the button that says "CHIRP Files (*.chirp)" and choose
"CHIRP Radio Images (*.img)" from the list that appears.
4. find and load the saved UV-5RA image.
5. edit the "Import From File" menu as needed click the [OK] button.
