[chirp_users] S code

In WV 82 in menu 17 referring to the S code . it can be set to numbers 1
through 15 groups. The manual says this can only be set in chirp but when I
looked there I could find nothing labeled s code. The only thing I could
find numbered 1 through 15 is the Push to Talk ID. Are these related? Can
someone please help me clarify this?
