[chirp_users] Chirp on Android

I believe I tried it once on my inexpensive windows tablet. Chirp ran fine, but I believe the prolific clone usb did not work with the tablet. Now that I've installed win 10 on it, I'll try again. Maybe a better quality usb would work.

Paulo, are you saying that it is not likely that software will never be
developed for Android? That would be quite disappointing if so. I wonder
are there any tablets that run Windows! would it work that way?
