[chirp_users] Cable driver needed

Running XP Home SP3, using a USB port to drive an Icom programming 
cable part# 4566-7831.
I need a link to the appropriate driver to support this cable as a 
serial device for Chirp.
I am pretty sure I used to have one but it seems to have disappeared.
