[chirp_users] UV5R Incorrect Model Selected error

Unable to download the factory image from a new UV5R. I get the error
"Incorrect model selected."  CHIRP works fine on two other UV5R radios with
the same FTDI USB cable, Windows XP, and daily build 20150325.  Also tried
builds 20150321 and 20150318.
