[chirp_users] BF-F8HP

[Larry Booth]

After uploading my first template to my new BF-F8HP all of the memory
channels are correct.  CHIRP seems to have operated as expected.  But there
is no audio now on the radio.  Not even squelch.  It doesn't look like any
setting would have disabled the audio.  What could have caused this?
