[chirp_users] TYT TH-9800 Plus

Can any one please answer a question about these TYT TH-9800 Plus, will
they program GMRS or not! Two friends have them and have GMRS on them. I
can't get them to program anything to that effect! ?? Maybe I should try
the front panel ?
