[chirp_users] transfer random frequencies to chirp

I am able to import frequencies from radio reference but there are other frequencies that importing doesn't include.
I tried copying the freq's from the reference page to my saved image but the fields don't match and it won't save such as tones and modes.
Is there an easy way to get these 20-30 freq's into chirp so to upload to my radio?
Do I have to have all fields entered or can I just enter a frequency.
