[chirp_users] UV-5R+ says "image not supported by this radio". what does this mean?

It appears you are attempting to load an image from an older UV5R with and older incompatible firmware to a newer UV5R.
You should either:

1- Create a new template from the newer radio and do a cut/paste of frequencies  or

2- Export to a .csv from the older radio and import it to the newer radio.

CHIRP is handling these as two separate radios.
