[chirp_users] Special Mode?

Thanks. I'm aware of the limitations. I can program the frequency
into memory directly into the radio but I'm looking to do that within
Chirp. The program attempts to "protect" me.
There used to be a method to change the limits by swapping out the
control database for the radio but the architecture has changed and
that doesn't work any more.
I'd really like to be able to disable those checks.
