Hi Ed,

There is nothing wrong with CHIRP or your radio. From what you
describe, every thing is working as expected.

The top (A) display line and bottom (B) display line are independent.
When you scroll through the channels of one display line, the other
display line does not change. If you look at the extreme right of the
display where the channel numbers are, one will be changing as you
scroll through the channels and the other will stay the same.

So it isn't that all the channels have the same NAME, it is the
display line with NAMEs is not selected so the selected channel does
not change.
