[chirp_users] Update to Mac Import of Stock Freq Issue

Hi Guys,

There has a been a long standing issue which should be an easy fix.  That
is importing the stock freqs on a mac
NOAA Weather Alert.csv
US Calling Frequencies.csv
US FRS and GMRS Channels.csv
US MURS Channels.csv

I know the current work around is to go to the following site and do a copy
paste job, but I was hoping to have it just added into the menu like you do
for linux.

Please help with this issue as it really would be helpful for lots of Hams
who run a Mac.
