What you are experiencing now is normal. The 0x0f10 position of the
upload is where the transfer of the "service settings" begins. The
latest radios don't honor the service settings any longer and stop
"nak"ing the upload at that point. This is near the end of the upload.
All of the channels and settings have been uploaded so this "error"
can safely be ignored.

If you what the upload using the OEM software, you will see progress
bar "jump" when it reaches this point. The OEM software doesn't
complain because it doesn't appear to look for the "nak" replies.
