[chirp_users] UV-82 "Privacy coding (tones)"

Yo Troops,
      My 2 UV5Rs program well from my PC. My new UV B5 will not by using
the same pc and cable. I do change the download window from uv 5r  to uv
b5.. the error window says the ACK message. This is Win 7.
  Help needed and Thanks in advance,
