Rolle,

Baofeng is currently shipping radios that have no data in the area
where the firmware version is normally stored. You can clearly see
from image001.png that you have one of these radios. CHIRP uses the
data in this area to make sure that the radio it is communicating with
matches the radio that the user selected.
