[chirp_users] UV-5RA not working

I bought a BaoFeng BF-F8HP several weeks ago along with a BaoFeng
programming cable. Downloaded software from the download site and
everything has worked perfectly. First time I had ever used the radio or
the software. Perhaps you have a bad cable.
