[chirp_users] BaoFeng UV-82C

I'm trying to program a BF UV-82C for a friend.  I note that compatibility for this radio is available in daily builds.  I'm using Chirp daily - 20141025 which I think is the latest, but the UV-82C does not seem to appear in the list of compatible radios.  Using UV-82 I can program the frequencies but not the special settings.  I bet I'm missing something obvious but so far it's escaping me so I come to the brain trust for guidance.
