[chirp_users] Help in programming a uv-5

I have an uv-5r and unable to program.  When I use Chirp I see the program,
but the upload to radio is greyed out.

I have windows 7 and have all the current updates.  the cable is black and
I have tried to load all drivers.

Any guidance would be helpful as I need to program about 15 radios
