<div dir="ltr"><div>I have an uv-5r and unable to program.  When I use Chirp I see the program, but the upload to radio is greyed out.</div><div><br></div><div>I have windows 7 and have all the current updates.  the cable is black and I have tried to load all drivers.</div>
