[chirp_users] Programming an Icom IC-91A, CHIRP 0.4.0

Hello everyone,

I am still having issues programming my IC-91A with Chirp 0.4.0. I’ve also tried chirp-daily-20140428 with no success. On a whim, I found an old version of Chirp: chirp-0.2.2 and it worked! I was able to download my frequency list, and modify the IC-91A memory. The oldest daily version I can find is chirp-daily-20131002, which still does not work with my radio.
