[chirp_users] Anyone experienced using the scramble mode with the wouxun models?

I own 2 Wouxun KG UV6D, one a KGUV6DV2. I've done very low power tests for
the scramble feature and it does
work but under the USA amateur rulebook it's illegal to scramble
transmissions. Not sure about part 90 for
commercial but I'm not licensed to use those bands unless I'm at the shop.
