[chirp_users] feature request - accessibility

funny, either I can't tell emotional content via email, or that didn't sound like sarcasm to me. Still, it is a valid point. I have run into a great barrier on paid software over the last decade or so. I pay money and have this nice "gee wiz" software package only to discover that it can't be used with JAWS. Makes it hard to justify the expense (and good luck getting the money back!).

a few notes on the Chirp package itself:
1. if there are little text descriptors, they aren't visible to the screen reader (orca in Vinux).
2 I can't even install on windows right now as the A/v package keeps getting in the way (its not an infection warning, but appears to be a popup).
