[chirp_users] blank screen

Thanks guys I had been trying to use the stand alone and it would come up
and count down and then blank screen but after reading these last group I
downloaded the install one and downloaded the old Prolific driver and it
works great.  Thanks for answering my problem and you didn't even know it.
