[chirp_users] CHIRP and the Baofengs

Hi,
I am having problems programming frequencies into my Baofeng UV-5R. It will
take some of the higher ones, but won't upload the low ones.
They appear on the CHIRP program, but when they upload, they change to
random higher freq.
Is it a setting I hope?
