<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi,</div><div>I am having problems programming frequencies into my Baofeng UV-5R. It will take some of the higher ones, but won&#39;t upload the low ones.</div><div>They appear on the CHIRP program, but when they upload, they change to random higher freq.</div>
