[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R programming

This to would have been my next question but as usual Jim
beats me to the punch. If it doesn't work with the OEM
software I'd lean towards a bad cable. I can also send
you a small program that will test the cable for looping 
back capabilities. If it fails I'd say the cable is a dud because
the cable doesn't have to be plugged in to test. This should
work in XP or Win 7. Let me know if you want it and I'll email
that to you. Also did you try the Mac yet?
