[chirp_users] UV-82 Support for MAC OSX

Dennis,
Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what KB is, I'm plugging the USB directly into the port on the MacBook Pro. I use the same USB port when I boot the Macbook pro in OSX or Windows 7. Chirp works on the UV-82 running Windows 7, but not when running OSX.

The UV-5 and the BF-F8 work fine with the same USB port regardless of which OS I'm running. 

I'm running OS X 10.8.x
