[chirp_users] UV-82 Support for MAC OSX

Jeff,

Where are you plugging the USB into? If it's your KB, there may not be
enough power to read/write properly.

I'm waiting for my cable to arrive, however, when it does, I'll report my
findings, and my configuration(s).

I'm running OS X 10.7.X, and the latest daily build as of Monday .
