Some chars are printable but not accepted as valid chars setting string
To avoid exceptions remove them all from APRS message body

[nytowl] issue #967 - add a Yaesu FT1DR driver

- based on the Yaesu vx8 driver
- download and upload working
- memory channel and bank settings tested
- Need to figure out the digital modes for the radio
- most settings have been tested with the exception of the scan settings
- aprs message and beacons print out
