[chirp_users] Looking for N5R-213BFB297 image.

Go to miklor.com and follow the instructions.  First you need an old
snapshot version of CHIRP  to restore your uv-5ra radio using the correct
(or nearest) firmware img.

Then you need the Latest Daily Build to write memories so they work.

Follow the instructions, I figured it out on my third yry.
