<p>Go to <a href="http://miklor.com">miklor.com</a> and follow the instructions. First you need an old snapshot version of CHIRP to restore your uv-5ra radio using the correct (or nearest) firmware img.</p>
<p>Then you need the Latest Daily Build to write memories so they work.</p>
<p>Follow the instructions, I figured it out on my third yry.</p>
