[chirp_users] IC-2200H - error message when trying to download

Hi Rolan,
Thank you, I tried that too, didn't work either. I even reinstalled the
Prolific driver (the one provided with the cable).
Tried both procedures again: the one I described before and the simpler
that you suggested.
No luck yet :(
