[chirp_users] MacBook Air will not talk to UV-5RPlus

I have Lion, so I can't comment on Mavericks. CHIRP works great for me as
installed with Python and the USB to serial driver I have, whatever it is.
The USB to serial driver was the last thing I need to zero in on to make it
all work. It works great, and that is why I am reluctant to change anything
at all! Good luck in getting it working in Mavericks, that is not
necessarily an "upgrade" from Lion, no matter what Apple says!
