[chirp_users] The Drivers Fault....

The only time I have had problems using Chirp is when I inadvertantly was
using the wrong Prolific Driver. A number of leads/programs use various
drivers from Prolific and the PC very often gets them confused.  Including
me!  The most recent one being for the CW lead.
